Smallest Turned Parts
We manufacture precision turned parts on CNC- short and long automatic lathes with diameters up to 20 mm and lengths up to 1,000 mm. Small turned parts with diameters from 0.2mm to 16mm are produced on long curve lathes. We are able to manufacture straight bevel gears and drives made of steel up to module 0.8 , made of yellow brass up to module 1 on automatic lathes and automatic gear cutting machines. Moreover, we use Strausak- gear hobbing machines within the same module range up to outside diameter 20 mm.
We process all customary materials such as free-cutting steels, constructional steels, case hardening steels, stainless and acid-proof steels, yellow brass and aluminium materials.
Turned parts from 0.35% carbon content up to 5 mm diameter and a maximum length of 50 mm can be hardened and tempered at a bright hardening furnace.
For improving of surface finishes we can realize the following treatments:
Pressure polishing of pivot surfaces, mass finishing and cylindrical grinding.
We ensure the high quality of our products by using high power measuring technique such as laser measuring devices and a highly effective quality management system.
Our products are used as components and parts of clocks, hunting and sporting weapons, small engines and information systems.
